In nursing, Kathleen's first profession, she graduated with honours.
She is dedicated to her work in the community as a member of the Coquitlam Montessori Society, the Coquitlam Gifted Children's Society, Canadian Parents for French, and the Port Moody District Advisory Panel for Children, Youth and the Family.
Kathleen is also the devoted mother of two teenage sons.
